FIRST MEETING AND ANALYSIS OF REQUIREMENTS
The first meeting takes place in a convenient place for you, is non-binding and aims to discuss the investor's needs and vision as well as the scope and time of project work. It is very important at this stage to prepare the basic documentation and mesurements of the space that will be necessary for the initial quotation of the project.

After signing the contract, intense cooperation between the investor and the architect begins. At this stage, we determine the aesthetic, ergonomic and financial preferences of future inhabitants of the designed flat or house. To better understand the needs of our investors, we encourage you to prepare materials that are a determinant of style and taste and are your inspiration (e.g. newspaper clippings, photos from the internet).

MEASUREMENTS
We make a precise measurement of all rooms, including window and door openings, lighting points, electrical outlets and water approaches in bathrooms and kitchens. This stage is necessary to make a professional interior design.

CONCEPTION
At this stage, we prepare for you 3-4 concepts for arranging space in the form of projections and simplified 3D views. At the meeting, all will be discussed and from among them we will select the final version of the arrangement of the space, which the architect will shape in detail.
AESTHETICS SCHEME
After accepting the functional layout of the rooms, work begins on the selection of finishing materials, equipment and colors. At this stage, we create visualizations of selected rooms that will help you make final decisions.

PROJECT FOR CONTRACTORS
The last design stage, during which, based on the collected information and conceptual design, we create full and detailed interior design documentation with technical drawings for contractors and carpenters.
